Profile: Teamed up due to their similar fighting styles, "Twin Nocturne" are a power to be reckoned with: Rina fights using two deadly rings which can split into sections and be controlled at will; Zepher fights using his spiked rings, able to assault the enemy from numerous angles at once with its multitude of spikes; and Mitsune who uses his large and heavy Shuriken to deal damage near and far. Alone they are a tough match, but together they pose a much greater threat...

Individually, each has a very strong personality though this does not come across well as a group, due to general lack of comradery:

Rina, for all intents and purposes, is a slut. She uses her body to get what she wants and plays off men's desires without remorse. She is dominating and seems to lack shame, so long as she gains something in the end. She enjoys slowly causing pain and getting in people's heads... clearly the result of some past trauma.

Zepher is, again for all intents and purposes, a manwhore. He uses his body to as much of an advantage as he can, though never to the same success as Rina. However he does this for different reasons... rather than striving for sexual conquest, he strives to be sexually fulfilled, which ironically involves being dominated as one of his main pleasures. Besides that he enjoys pain and even humiliation... his sexual advances are commonplace around the encampment, even towards men. He and Rina are a perfect match for this reason: she uses him, and he likes being used... though this is different on the battlefield, as he tries to show off and prove his worth to others, especially those that criticize his lifestyle. While little is known about his past by the others, he decided to abandon his surname along with his family when the joined the organization.

Mitsune, ironically, is probably the most well-adjusted out of the trio. He doesn't fight for pleasure or fame, but for revenge - revenge for the murder of his younger sister by the hands of his superiors. He has no proof, he has no witnesses... so all he can do is fight to become stronger and take matters into his own hands... because that's how justice works there. He has been jokingly called an 'ice ninja', due to his genetic power over forming ice crystals from moisture in the air and his untalkative nature.

This is an old picture, submitted in mid-2007. Sadly some of the old pen faded, which can even be seen in the lineart submission... though I have edited out my stupid decision to use correcting fluid on a couple of inking mistakes, which obviously complicated coloring.

I realized the poses and proportions are horrible... and I like to think I've improved beyond this. I thought it would be nice to finally get this picture done and out of the way
